Cure Time
Film needs 3-5 days to fully cure and clarify in Colorado's climate. Initial haze and small water bubbles are normal and clear completely during this period.
Final Inspection

What is the legal tint limit in Colorado?
Colorado law requires front side windows to allow at least 27% of light through (27% VLT minimum). Rear side and rear windows have no VLT restriction. Windshield tinting is limited to a non-reflective strip in the top AS-1 area. We install only legal configurations and advise on every window before we cut film. -
How long does window tinting take?
A full 5-window tint on a sedan or SUV takes 2-4 hours. Larger vehicles and trucks may take slightly longer. We do not rush the installation. A properly installed 3M film is a multi-year commitment — it deserves a careful, clean install from the start.
